Custom floor mats

Ok guys well I found a place that can make me floor mats. I have the grey interior and carpet. My question to you is would it be better if I got GREY floormats with a red RS emblems or if I got BLACK floormats with red RS emblems. I cant decide it grey matches itself better than black does. Let me hear your opinions.

As long as they have a gray that's a good match, I'd say go that way. Having different colored floor mats looks cheezy to me... it reminds me too much of rubber Wal Mart mats.

I don't remember what the name is of the original color, but their names won't be the same anyway.

Since you're getting some with the "RS" logo, I'm guessing you're getting Lloyd mats. I think they're the only ones that offer that logo. They should have a color that's close.

I've got a much broader selection of colors for a better color match, but I don't have an RS logo available.

If you are getting Lloyds, check around with some of your local dealers. Many of them sell Lloyd mats as an upgrade and as such they have color samples in stock you can match up to your car and should have the Lloyd color number on the back of the sample. We do at our dealership, and have several stacks of samples for each of the color pallettes--grey, tan, etc.

Justin

as an afterthought: That's not to say you should buy at the dealer, just get the color number there and then use your source. Doesn't hurt to see if the dealer will match you price though.
