You're not going to be able to get an exact match for the OEM carpet, but there are some that are close.
I use unbacked carpet for my kick panels and sub enclosures, and the gray is a pretty good match, and real easy to work with. You can get it from selectproducts.com or from partsexpress.com.
Another option is to buy bulk backed carpet. It's better stuff, but it's harder to work with and still won't be a perfect match for your OEM carpet. Buying this stuff is the best option if you're buying new carpet for the car, because then you can get bulk quantities of the exact same material, so you get a great color match, but for mixing with the OEM carpet, I'd probably just use the cheaper unbacked stuff.
This is a pic of my old kick panel speakers. The kics are covered in the unbacked carpet. You can tell it's a very good match for the door panel carpet, but a lousy match for the factory carpet on the floor. I'm guessing that once upon a time, the carpet matched the door panels, since they're both factory original:

Well heres what I am doing. I am replacing all the carpet, door panels, seat upholstry, etc. but I need some carpet for the rear hatch and kick panels. Would hawks or one of there other companies that sell the carpet be able to get me some?

Yes, I can get it for you, as can others. That material is available in bulk, and I would recommend you buy it from the same place that you buy your carpet from so that you get a correct match. Since you're dealing with mostly flat surfaces, you shouldn't have any problems with it, except maybe for some difficulty forming it to the 1/4 panel plastic pieces. A little heat should help that though.
If you want some info on carpet, door panels, and seat covers, send me a PM.
