Luck at the Boneyard
So saturday morning I took a trip to the junkyard. PICK YOUR PART in Wilmington,CA on pacific coast highway. First off on friday it was raining and left the junkyard ground all muddy and clay like and had to park 4 BLOCKS AWAY!!... and there were so many illegals at the junkyard and it seemed like they were all on CAMAROS and this one guy started mad ******* me because I was looking at the camaro his son was pulling a part from...
and so I was ready to give up.. but then I found this camaro with fog lamps which looked like they could use a good cleaning and some paint and new bulbs so I pulled them out and cut my hands twice!!! then minutes later I found a DUAL SNORKEL AIR CLEANER!! YEEEEEEAHH! yeah I was excited then a few cars later I found a Z28 hood with those blisters!!! some helpful individual helped me, lay it on my laundry cart! yes laundry cart!.... I had to pull my heavy *** tools along with the air cleaner and the HEAVY *** CAMARO HOOD! through the clay I lost the rubber peices to my laundry car! but it was well worth the loss and muscle I had to use to push it through the rigorious terrain. Paid 35 dollars for everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I always go to that same junkayrd and I somehow the same guy always charges me and he seems to be cool with me and he gave me a good price!!!! so yeah I got a good deal and today I sanded and primered the hood and painted the dual snoker air cleaner and installed it in my car... it doesnt quite fit right but I forced it in there!! ahahhahaah im happy! =)
----------
Oh yeah I also had to haul the hood from WILMINGTON TO TORRANCE and fit it inside my trunk ON MY CAMARO!!!! it scarched up and ripped up my sail panels but its all good!
----------
***MOD EDIT***
Please refrain from going around the filters. Thank you!
