finally started tearing into the body...

Here are some pics of the body work so far...stripping her down to bare metal sucks *** but it'll be worth it in the end. Pulled the spoiler off...i dont think it will be going back on. I wanna do something different...so its either no spoiler..custom one..or the 5 inch lip one. Hoods also going to get changed most likely. I think im gunna do an ss. I think itll look good with an ss hood and no spoiler. Im also changing the tail lights to the 82-84 ones...no black in them. I'll most likely do the car over in black again. but well see. Im also filling in and smoothing out the rear bumper and also i removed the side trim that runs across the body. Its a blank canvas now so suggestions are welcomed.

yea i would if someone wanted it.. However. on the two far sides..the spoiler used screws that went screwed through the trunk and into those like speed screw clips or whatever they are called. I wound up having to brake those off because it wasnt coming off and i began to strip the screw heads. I was just going to refiberglass those holes and just not use them if i put it back on. The rest of the spoiler uses studs that come off the spoiler and then you just screw a nut onto them and thats how it bolts down.

actually, the black car started life as a berlinetta, so it never had gfx, but the white car (my car) was actually a 1990 rs, so it did have gfx, and i took them off.
