Camaro Headlight Bracket's Q?

I'm talking about the brackets that hold the headlights in on Camaro's

Is there away to take these off without scratching the heck out of the headlight bucket paint? The screws site below the headlight buckets? Also when you remove them there a pain in the butt. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Any advise without scratching the heck out of the buckets *new paint*.

i just remove the top screws and bend the bracket forward enough to get the bulb out then bend it back to reattach the top 2 bolts.

Put masking tape down in the headlight bucket.

I know what you're talking about, when I didn't know what I was doing one time I thought that's how you took the headlight itself out and ended up scratching the paint a little. Then i got smrt!

Don't completely remove the bottoms screws either. Just back them off a bit. The brackets are slotted on the bottom.
