My hatch pulldown is broken, It failed to pull the hatch down and after taking it out I can see there is a broken part inside the latch, I'm not good at fixing little stuff like that and I had no luck finding a local unit at the salvage yards, it appears GM decided to change this on 92's for some reason? So that makes it very hard to find this year unit. I can't find an online source either, TDS only has unit's up to 91 and they are very over priced @ $315.00!!!! I had no luck searching for new GM units as I don't know the part#, does anyone know it? I didn't see any on e-Bay either. Any other suggestions on how to fix this? Is there any place I can send it for repair? Or a source for parts?

 

TDS has a pile of pulldown hatch repair parts, so that's what I'd do.
