question for the body guys
New bumper cover, new crash bar assy, new pass fender. Now I'm having a problem closing the gap between the fenders and bumper cover, would the crash bar cause this if it's not lined up exactly right? is it better to install it higher or lower on the flanges?
thanks
Edit; All parts are used gm, not aftermarket.

Question:
Are the side support braces intact?
They attatch to the cover and help to bolster the sides of the cover and draw them in tight to the fenders.
Also sometimes the fender gets stretched where the cover bolts on...Gently tap the holes inward, toward the rear of the car.
