86 Z28 Steering Wheel ?

Does anyone have pics to post of the 86 Z28 original steering wheel. I have a Grant currently but whoever, didn't put it on right and when the wheels are straight the wheel is not turned correct and Grant in the center is also upside down. The center where the horn should be is not popping back up like it isn't spring loaded if its supposed to be. Am I missing parts? Grant wheel pics or of parts would help. I may replace with the original if I like it and can find one.
Thanx

An original wheel, in very good shape, will cost you more than a nice grant. A wheel in like new condition will cost you at least $200, probably more. One in decent condition will be at least a hundred bucks unless you get real lucky.

Here's a pic of my stock 85 wheel. Yours would look exactly the same, except that the grip would look a little thicker:

Your grant wheel is a pretty simple wheel to figure out, and can be taken apart easily. If yours has the ring with 5 or 6 screws around the horn piece, you'll need to take those out to remove the horn, but most grant wheels (i.e. the cheaper ones) just have a plastic horn piece that pushes into the center of the wheel, and can be removed simply by pulling on it or sliding a knife behind it.

If you check out the grant website, you'll see that all kinds of replacement horn buttons are available, and they're cheap ($15 or so).
