Looking for the GM part number on a hatch pull down motor for a Formula 1991. I hear there are two version of the motor so I want to avoid problems with the wrong part.

if yours is broke you can get the replacement parts from TDS as well. my gear took a dump and luckily for me i had 4 good guides, a good gear and good housing i could piece together from 3 other units. the housing i used was ok but had cracks in some places so i plan to get a new housing and guides eventually. the gear was in amazingly excellent condition. fixing the unit is soooo eazy and to set it when ya put it back in just close the hatch, crawl into the hatch area and cinch it down. be sure to check the latch hoop thats on the hatch, it might need to be adj as well.
