Front Bumper Alignment

is there any way that i can get my bumper 2 it flush again against my hood or do i have 2 buy a new support bar heres a pic

i got in a bit of a fender bender a while ago in my 86 iroc. no damage other than the gap between the hood and nose widened. simply loosen as many of the bolts holding it on as u can and get a friend to lift the front as u re-tighten them. This fixed my problem. almost everything is ajustable on the f-bodies. u just gotta play with it a bit to get it to line up right.
