Is it just me or has anyone else seen a sport coupe camaro? i have only seen 2 in my life and one is mine and have seen alot of cars and alot of car shows and i just dont see them. i know that they came out with v-6's and they were bone stock with no body kits and they had the stupidest speedo i have ever seen but i would think it would be a great start to a good 350 street car build. thats my opinion i want to hear other peoples. Personally i dont like alot of flash and i like saying that my camaro is different than the others in my town

 

Most were the low optioned models, most were not taken care of or sought after, therefore most rest in the yard. I rarely see sportcoupes anytime other then when i visit the JY.

 

theye around, more common than you realize, just dont notice them, i can recall quite a few over the years, mostly all 85, 86 87 ones

I've got one that has GFX on it, previous owner did that job. I plan on keeping the Sport Coupe spoiler on there.

 

Yup, it's just you, They're all over this area. I remember my sister test drove a base sport coupe back in 82 when I was a senior in high school, Blue, V6, blue cloth interior, I thought it was the coolest thing i'd ever seen at the time.

 

I agree I find them quite uncommon. I do have one however. Kept good care of it.
