Making the scoops on a T/A hood functional?

I was wondering if it would be possible to make the fake hood scoops on a Trans Am hood functional with an air box like this:
Ram Air Hood Online Store

I'm not a big fan fan of the aftermarket ram-air hoods for Firebirds, and I think it would be kinda cool to have a ram-air system using the stock hood. Any idea if this would be possible, or has anyone else done it before?

Not really. The positioning of the vents puts it hitting before the radiator. Plus there isn't enough height on the hood to allow a box under it.

the vents are functional...... they let hot air out. but there really is no way of making them have a ram air effect because of the position and hood clearance
