t top finish problems

my 92 firebird has the lexan t tops. they work fine and dont really leak in the rain, just a drop or two every once in awhile. my problem is that since we started getting frost, it seems like there is a clear coat of some sort that is beginning to come off. anyone else had this problem and know if you can refinish them?

I'm not sure if you can refinish them. I've heard that that style of t-top had a lot of problems since it's made of plastic and it couldn't hold up to the same resistance that glass can. But you could try bringing it to a window tiniting shop and see if they could help you.
