Block sand
Think I should block this out before the body shop seals it, or just let them block it after they seal/prime it ?

Myself I would primer/surfacer the car, or high build primer it (depending on who you are talking to) and then block it out.You would be suprised at what you may find.A good paint job takes alot of prep.

couldn't agree more. We restored a 56 Corvette at the shop back in september. We primed it (4 coats with high build) blocked it, primed if with four more coats, blocked it, and once again, primed it...and blocked it. Came out super slick....especially since it was going to be painted black
