smoothing pinch weld on the cowl

how much flex would you take is expressed on the cowl of a thirdgen? i don't think spending the time to weld this small little known crease is worth it and filling it although small would worry me about potential cracks in the paint down the road on a car that is driven alot.

whenever smoothing out a seam, regardless of the location or amount of flex, you should always weld the entire seam from end to end. if you don't i can guarentee a crack by the first time the car is driven
