Floor pan NIGHTMARE 2

I would like to know what Im gonna be going threw when I install a new floor pan before I get started. When I took it to be inspected the man hadnt even finished the inspection before he told me the floor was so rusted out that he would most likely never put a sticker in the windshield. I dont think A piece of sheet metal is gonna do it this time.

You'll be removing your seats, carpet, center console, and some wiring. On my the cross bars that the seats mounted to were still intact so mark and carefully remove those. They are spot welded, I used a sawzall and an airchisel to first cut around thrm then a cut off wheel and grinder to seperate them from the floor pan welded to the bottom of them. Then basically just spot weld the new pan in a seal all of joints and paint with something like Por15. It's pretty self explainatory. Floor pans are about $200 but can carry a hefty shipping fee of almost $200 if you order them online(due to thier size).
