how much gallons of paint should i buy for my 88 formula?

Engine: 305 tpi
Transmission: 700r4 with shift kit
Axle/Gears: 3.73 with eaton locking diff
how much gallons of paint should i buy for my 88 formula?

how much gallons of paint and clear coat do u think that i should buy from my formula?

it all depends how many coats of each you are applying, Base coat and clear
and depends what name brand you are using. Best bet would be go to your
local AutoBody Supply store and ask the people there as they mix it and sell
it all every day and have a world of knowledge to share.....

Transmission: 5 speeds
Axle/Gears: Moser 12 bolt tru tracker 3.42
If you are using an HVLP sprayer, you will need about 2 quarts of color and a gallon of clear. You should have plenty left over for repairs . You will also need a good primer and sealer , and thinnners and hardener. your paint supplier can definately set you up with a complete system. if you are using one of the old high pressure paint guns, double everything. ALso get a good mask when you're at the store.

uless u are doing the jams get one more quart and if using dupont make sure u get the right value shade.
