weather striping t-top

i have a small leak right over my passenger in the t-top that id like to fix.
i have seen weather stiping at autozone can i use that or am i stuck spending 200 bucks on a new kit? i also have a leak sealer i used on the leaks in my truck will that work ???

i have a 91 rs and it looks like the PO had put the t-tops in with something lying on top of the weatherstripping on mine.it had one spot the size of a pencil that it was not touching the t-tops.well i took some silicone and filled the hole to matchh the weatherstripping and let it dry before i put them back in and it fixed mine.but if its leaking under the weatherstripping then use the method explained before.
