A few weeks ago there was a snow storm in my town. After it died down I scraped all the snow off my car and got in it to drive. As soon as I hit the switch to turn on my lights (I have a T/A not a Camaro) the lights went up part way then stopped. I got out and looked at the hood and realized that the lights were being pinched by the hood. If I lift on the lights, then you hear a "pop" and then go up; they also go down fine. Is there any way I can adjust the hoods or lights to correct this problem? Has this ever happened to anyone before? Thanks for the help in advance.

 

loosen the upper bolts that connect the hood to the hindges. only lossen them just enough to tilt the hood in certain directions. gently adjust the hood till you enough straight clearence between the hood and the fenders and the hood and the lights.

then tighten the bolts and your good to go. might want to have a friend there to tighten the bolts so you dont lose your place.
