Well, I'm trying to fix up this 89 Formula to get it rolling and either drive or sell (unsure which...depends what car sells faster) but I've run into a major problem. The driveside frame horn is completely demolished. Now I figure the only way to truely repair this is cut/weld by an experienced frame shop... Which is out of the question. So I'm figuring since here in MI we don't have inspections, if I can find a way to mount everything up, maybe just ditch the impact bumper or something (and be very sure to tell the new owner if that so happens).

What do you guys think my options are for repair/mod? I'm really at a loss right now.
