valve covers are foggy blue...need help

Axle/Gears: stock
valve covers are foggy blue...need help

my chrome valve covers have this thin blueish foggy color something on them...i tried chrome polish but it doesnt come off...anybody know what this is or how to fix it?

It almost sound like your chrome is discouloring due to heat. I don't think there's anything you can do about it though. Maybe it's just cheap chrome plating.
