Louver grill removal

I messed around with the grill tonight and couldn't get the thing off. I see that there is two torque screws on the top and a bunch of rusted ones on the bottom I'm thinking I have to remove the plastic guard that is there but I'm not sure if it will make the job much easier. Has anyone ever removed this type of grill and how did you do it??

Thank you
Andrew

First of all do you own a blow torch, sledge hammer, and a saw zall? I always found that if you have these tools the removal is very easy You might have to replace a front bumper cover and the chin spoiler, but hey, the grill is out
