a previous post got me curious! Here is what it has:

1989 IROC - a/c is gone, aluminum 16" wheels, stereo head unit & spare tire/jack gone. zz4 motor (alum. heads), headers, supercharger w/intercooler, fiberglass cowl hood, sfc's and manual windows

how much on a 1/4 tank of gas do you think?

 

MY GUESS IS 3600-3700 LBS

well my 1989 Irocz with the stock L98 with holley stealth ram, no a/c with 1/2 tank of gas weighs 3400 lbs without me

that is with full leather interior, cd player/speakers, no spare tire/jack, and lots of beefy suspension parts

yours should weigh in around 3300-3400 i would think depending on what your interior is like. cloth is lighter i do believe. your a/c delete, aluminum head motor, and fiberglass hood will definately cut weight off the car, but you added some with SFC's and the blower. so anywhere from 3200-3400 i would say depending on interior and such. i dont know how much a blower is but A/c is about 25 lbs empty, hood is anywhere from 50-80 i hear, and heads are an easy 50 i hear. thats good for 150lbs off the car but then factor in the other stuff you added. that should give you a great idea

 

I would guess 3300, maybe a little less. Why don't you get it weighed and we can see how close we are?
