Air Leaks

I'm hoping this question hasn't been asked too many times before, but unfortunately the search on TGO just isn't working well at all for the past month for me. I've got a 91 Z28 with T-Tops and I plan to paint and restore the interior this winter, as well as replace all window, t-top, hatch etc. seals on the whole car. I was wondering if this is going to fix my air leak problems around the windows while driving. While powerwashing the car I get Major leaks as well, along with leaks around the T-tops. I know that there is a known problem with leaks between the ttop seals and the body of the car from GM directly, which causes the headliners to sag, which I know hwo to fix already, but my real concern is basically getting the windows to seal properly all the way around. Will new seals do this for me or is this just a sh!tty GM flaw. Thanks, Kevin.
