Anyone made their own spoiler before?

I love the Hawks 5" spoiler but I want something with rounded edges and I'd like to NOT spend $300! So im thinking about getting a stock spoiler and extending it a few inches and molding my own spoiler. Has anyone done it before, and if so what did you use to make the mold? Pics would help too!

One of the moderators made his own, I believe 6" lip spoiler. His is rounded and reminiscant of the Sencond Gen T/A spoilers. Looks great. He'll have to chime in, I can't remember his name.
