wow...havent been on here in a while and i didnt even realize this thread had continued a bit...
answers:
acclr8n--no we arent driving the car. i actually took EVERY wire out of the car and I am replacing everthing with a ron francis wiring kit to clean the whole car up. therefore, it obviously doesnt run right now. plus the whole front end isnt mounted.
stephen--just info, the VD kit we used was from GT Factory...heavy duty kit with replcaement struts for more lifting power. a 250lb and a 150lb on each door i believe. kit runs about $999 from www.tunerracing.com
Toplezz--thanks for the enthusiasm, but i have two of my own that work just fine and I like our car
as for the twin turbo discussion...i dunno whats right. im not a make/model genius...i just typed in tinw turbo testarossa and came up with that picture on google. so it could be wrong, i dunno.
anywho...car update:
like i mentioned, its getting rewired right now. I also worked on the rear hatch (getting struts on and such) but I tightened the hinge bolts too much and shattered the entire glass (dumb mistake...shoulda known better) and replaced it with a new one wit ha third brake light that I plan on molding the rear hatch piece of the kit around. gonna replace the steering column with a 4th gen column to get a certain wiring plug...i'll post a question about that later in a different category cuz im kinda stumped on it. i got the entire interior gutted now. and i mean entire. mounted the fuse panel in the passenger area, above the kick panel, closer to the door rather than farther. battery is relocated to the t top storage area ( will be covered by custom audio install in the future)

I wish you wouldn't. I can't take the emotional battery that ensues.
How's it coming?
