Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 2.73
Question: My door lock just spins when I put key in
I have an 85 Z-28, manual door locks. When I put the key in the driver's side it just spins and doesn't unlock. Do I just need to order new doorlock or could it be something more. I assume they are pretty easy to replace once I remove the interior door panel? Any help would be appreciated.

Either the rod may have disconnected or the tab connected to the rod may have broken off of the back of the lock.
