Sagging door

My camaro's drivers side door is sagging down almost an inch and i bought a pin and bushings for it but was wondering what i should inspect to see if thats the problem or if its the whole hinge.... id rather return it and get a new hinge instead of wasting it and not fixing the problem...

Re: Sagging door

I installed the TDS hinge repair kit on my daughter's car a few weeks ago. I went with the non-greaseable version. Hardest part is grinding off staked ends on two upper pivots. I also found myself welding up lower hinge holes and re-drilling for pin because of exessive slop.

Was worth the effort. Swings nice now.
