Since he wrote " I don't want to do pins", that leaves GM's repair hinges. Why you'd want to do double the labor and pay more for hinges of lesser grade materials having larger tolerances (by comparison) is beyond my comprehension. Are you aware of the extra steps required to repair your doors using GM's repair hinges?

sorry for not geting back quicker but my driver door hangs on the lower hing it looks like someone did the pins allready

If the holes on the upper hinge aren't wasted, the TDS kit is really the way to go.
