slow poppers

this weekend i finally got around to putting on a FORMULA door where i was using a T/A door (ground F/X holes) and im getting the adjs made to get the glass right. the door has sat up for atleast a year or so and in the rain some so slicking up the latch and such was necessary.

when i shot everything i noticed the popper was still a tad slow so upon observation i noticed a bell crank or hinge at the top of the popper inside the door shell. after i hit it with lube and worked everything a bit one pushe of the button and it went the full stroke and no extra hits of the button were needed. i also put a lil vasilene in the plastic track the rod rest in thats on the outsid of the door shell. this helps even more.
