4th gen dash and door panels

Axle/Gears: 3.73 4th gen 10 bolt
4th gen dash and door panels
I can't seem to find any info on doing the door panels WITH the dash. I need to know where to modify the doors to get the door panels to fit. I've seen this for using the 3rd gen dash but not with the 4th gen dash. I saw a thread where 72BuickGSX did it, but for some reason the links on his website don't work. Thanks in advance.
