where to get hood insulation for 82 TA
i need to buy some hood insulation for my 82 trans am it has a cowl induction hood/ ram air. last time i bought it the guy said it would fit and it didnt. so i was woundering if anyone had any suggestions or knows of anywhere i can get hood insulation at? thanks

I have a ram air hood on mine with no insulation. I don't think you need it. Also I don't think anyone makes it for aftermarket hood you would probably have to use something like dinomat.

The Paddock lists one for '82-84 Firebirds. Can't vouch for it. At the very least you'll have to cut out the induction opening.
