EEEK!!! RUST!!!

hey everyone, i was taking out my interior because i had a hole in the drivers side floor. i thought the hole was much smaller than it really is. it seems that the firewall got rusted through somewhat too. The rear passenger seat has a hole rusted in it too. i have access to a welder and oxycetalyne torch and i know how to use them pretty well, but how well can i really fix this stuff? also i heard about something i should probably use called POR-15, where is this stuff available? i have some pictures of the damage, just follow the links. i'll post the picture of the rear passenger seat later.
thanks.

When por-15 is exposed to sunlight it will turn a white milky color. No big deal. It has nothing to do with the quality of the product.
