Door plugs

What is the point of the door plugs? Are they just there to drain water out? If so why leave them in at all? If not how often should they be pulled?

Re: Door plugs

do you mean those rubber gromet things on the bottom of the door? I pulled them out, they just restrain water and get clogged causing rust to form.

Re: Door plugs

The design was supposed to allow water to drain out and to not allow water in, obviously they don't work for some people but mine are still intact and do their job. I guess it depends on what part of the country you live in.
