tailights covers or paint

i have some tailight covers, i just didnt know if i should just paint my tailights and sell the covers. and suggestions?

Not a fan of covers. What do you mean by "painting" your tailights?

Using a black transparent paint most likely... at least i hope so...

I think he means Niteshades by VHT.

Around here, the kids that dont want to throw down money for the niteshades spray, just get some gloss black krylon and go to town. As long as you mist it on lightly, the red will still show through. But niteshades works better and leaves a much nicer finish expecially with a good few coats of duplicolor clear on top.
