I have rust on the cowl of my IROC. The piece under the wipers. How do I take care of this? Do I take out the plastic strainer and just sand it down, prime and paint? Or, Can I take the whole piece out. It looks to be fixed to top of the firewall. Also how do I get the plastic strainer assembly out? Thanks
