formula cowl
i was at my local junck yard the otherday and i found a formula hood and i have seen them before but none that were functional i will probubly buy it my cars not a formula but only i will know but back to topic has eney one ever herd of a working cowl hood like that?
it had a little cervo to open and close the cowl and all are these rare or something?

82-84 t/a's had functional cowl hoods. They were lost until i think 88 when they brought out the formula's that used the non-functional cowl hood. Not a bad setup, but in 82-84 they were actually hooked up to the air intake to make them fully functional.

this one worked off a electric motor its in pretty good shape i think ill go get it before someone becides me finds it

Yes,they are kinda rare these days,but it will not give any gain whatsoever to your car unless you're just looking for an appeareance upgrade.
By the way,correct me if I'm wrong but I see dunnellon and Fl. in your post.
