Transmission: 4 Speed Auto 700R4

Axle/Gears: 3.23

Underhood paint

Has anyone here (I am guessing there is) painted the underside of there hood with high heat paint. few questions
one did it help keep the paint on top protected.
two do you have Pic.
three what brand did you use.

"Keep the paint on top protected" From what heat??? The Sun causes more damage then underhood heat.

might be a good idea if you had a bunch of bondo on the hood(I am not suggesting lots of bondo on a hood)

If you have had a car that runs hot and has no pad under the hood then you know that it will heat the hood and crack the paint also some times cause the paint to get little bubbles in it, it happens

Bondo not really what I'm looking for.
