Dont think so, besides you will be left with the mounting tabs on the hatch and look like crap. Probably better to find a decent aero or get a base model hatch with the straight wing

No it will not.
I did this on my 86 trans am that had the same rubber wrap around wing
i went with the straight spoiler.
I had to fill in the old holes and put the new spoiler on top and mark where the posts/pegs sit and drill new holes.
you can't even tell what I did, It looks stock. but of course i did this when i was fixing up the whole car for painting. so i sanded everything down and rienforced the filled in holes.
if you remove the plastic interior panel from the trunk lid you will see 4 spots.
2 on each side. at the very center of each spot/hole that is where you drill fro the straight spoiler and bolt it down.
remove the panel and you will see what I mean.
