Re: Removal of Power Antenna
remove the retaining nut off the top (has 4 dimples). I used a screw driver and a little hammer to make the nut rotate counter clockwise. From there once you get that off, take the angled "boot" off (slides off), then go underneath inside the wheel well by removing the inner fender plastic, and you will see the big motor, and towards the door, you will see one bolt holding the bracket that holds the motor, take out the one bolt and the unit will slide down. I have to assume that there is a tool to get that top nut off the top of the fender, but i haven't found one yet. Thats the free way that i just did mine.

Re: Removal of Power Antenna
if needed i put my manual antenna up in the parts for sale section if interested. I don't know if you have the manual to replace it unless your shaving/getting rid of it all together. Don't be afraid to ask, it's pretty straight foward. To pull it out completely to replace your going to need to pull the entire antenna cable from the radio and 3 wire plug from your power antenna relay underneath the passenger side dash to succesfully pull it out completely.
