hood latch release cable
last one stopped working so i pulled it out. now i can't remember how it went in does the cable run through the firewall or the fender?

it runs through the firewall . remove kickpanel , remove under dash plastic . in the upper lt. corner will be the hole it goes through , if you just yanked the old one out there may or may not be a rubber grommet in the hole . grommet unscrews from hole . there will be dum dum in the corner ( seam sealer ) , be ready to scrape some away . good luck .
