Saging doors causing minor window leak?

When i wash the car, a lil bit of water will come in from the top rear corner of the glass. The door sags pretty and was wondering if it could just be the saging door? The t-tops dont leak at all. Im getting the doors fixed in a few weeks. The Gm garage said $80 for both doors plus the pins.

yeah, if the doors are bad then you can get some leaking. Could need new seals around the door.

If you are going to do it do it with good parts that you won't be in the same shape in a few months.http://www.top-downsolutions.com/pro...products_id=38 or you can do http://www.top-downsolutions.com/pro...products_id=37

Re: Saging doors causing minor window leak?

My doors leak in the same spot but only sag very slightly. Do you guys think that this could be the problem? Let me know how things turn out.
Thanks,
Dennis

Re: Saging doors causing minor window leak?

well if your door is sagging it is because of the hinge. our door are already very heavy and this puts alot of pressure on the hinges and whenever the door is open and you lean on it to get out it bends the hinges and over time this makes it sag so maybe if you just change the hinges you could fix that

Open the door then go to the back of the door try and lift on the back of the door. If it moves a little it's a good chance that the pin or bushing is wore.
