Conv. Under Door Rocker R&R
I'm prepping my '88 IROC CONV for paint & I see ASC welded the damn front seatbelt retractor mounting plates over the access holes that allow you to remove the rear mounting hardware on the lower rockers beneath the doors!
WTF!!!
So... How do I get the damn things off?
