Buy rebuilt chassis or beef up old one?

Ok, here are the pics of the underneath, keep in mind that the engine/trans/rear are all going to be replaced soon. (Only after I rebuild the frame stronger). Engine will have 383 stroker with 450-475hp/600+ft lbs.
Transmission will be ale to hold that, and rear will be Stranges 12-bolt from spohn.net
My thoughts after the pictures.

First off, I'm thinking of buying the floor pans (driver and pass). Not sure yet on if that would be a lot of work or not. Then I'm buying the subframe connectors (weld on type). As well as a Chromoly K-member, A-arms, coil overs, torque arm, rear lower control arms and panhard bar.
My question, should this all be strong enough to support the new engine I'm putting in. I'm worried I might twist my frame. It's slightly twisted from the 305TBI, even reinforcing and upgrading it ALL I'm worried won't be enough.
The only alternative I've found, is someone told me that ArtMorrison.com build up a rolling chassis, I.E. Frame, front and rear suspenstion (coil overs, k-member, a arms, disc brakes all around) and Strange rear end for $13,000.
Yes, Thirteen Grand. I plan on keeping this car for many years to come. From the look of my underbody, should I reinforce this one and fix the rust? or spend the cash on a brand new frame? Some are going to say "find another rolling chassis from a third gen". Only problem is I live in Hawaii, that's impossible with all of this sea-salt. So I'm trying to avoid that.

Thanks in advance, your opinions are GREATLY appreciated, as I am not a body mechanic, but I want my money to be well spent in the right places, ya know??

Seriously, a nice roller shipped from Arizona will give you a much better base to work with and in the long run will probably cost less.

How do you ship a car that doesnt roll? Also, you don't think that what I have now is worth the time in repairing? Only curious, I don't want to let her go if I can keep her, ya know?
