it has a few runs and im wandering how to fix them. this is my first time painting but i remember my dad painting cars 25 years ago and being able to fix runs but i cant remember if he let it set a few days and sanded the runs with 1000 grit paper and a rubber block and buffed it out or what he did. any help would be great. keep in mind from 10 feet away it looks great but the runs will bother me.......by the way 27 dollars for a gallon of gloss black, 11 dollars for hardener, 7 dollars for thinner and 25 for a cheap paint gun. this about the cheapest paint job you can do and still look decent i think.

Where did you get the paint from?? Looks great!
To repair the runs/sags, I would let the paint dry completely, then use a single edge razor blade to scrape down to the surrounding paint. You may be able to polish it out after that. If not, the 1000 grit should be used, and then polished out.
Did you use a flex agent for the bumpers?

its valspar paint that we used to paint tractors with at work. i didnt used any flex agent, it was about 50/50 people said use it others said dont . i remember my dad said he never used it and never had any problems. the great thing about this paint is its inexpensive and mistakes or blemishes can be worked out from what ive been told.
