What is this? Plastic cube under front bumper

These were bolted to the front bumper, and for the life of me I can't find out what they are for.

i have my car appart right now and have been working on it for about 3 months now and can say that my car does not have those. mine is an 88 and has the front end off of another car from the previouse owner if that helps at all.

from what ive seen/heard they are feet for the chassis to sit on during production
