Reworking the Turbo Hood

I am about to put my car in for a paint job so this is the best time to add any new body stuff and I thought the turbo hood was a great look, not a big change but something to makes it different. My problem is mine is a RS and not an I-roc so the vent things that would go on top seem 1st trying to make a RS into a I-roc and 2nd my personal view pointless, as they are fake. But on the top on the turbo hood there are inserts to put them in. So how hard do you guys think it would be to fiberglass over them so I don’t have to see the inserts?
