Planning door hinge replacement. Looking for some tips/ advice.
Planning door hinge replacement. Looking for some tips/ advice.
Hey guys,
My hinge pin kits came in yesterday for my 3rd gen and I plan to fix both doors this weekend. I have the hinge kits sold by Classic which are the AndyZ28 kits.
Anyway I have the instructions and feel comfortable doing the job but I was curious if any of you that have done this have any useful advice or tips i could use? I've read the job takes a couple of hours but I'm not sure if that is per door or for both. I've alloted all day to get this done but if there are any shortcuts you guys can offer I would very much appreciate it. I like detail and the instructions that came with leave a little to be desired IMO.
Thanks.

more like 130-140 depending on options but patience is first. I replaced my doors in my old camaro with a level and two bottle jacks and a 2x4 with a groove cut in it.
