Cowl hood scoop install?

anybody on here install a cowl hood scoop onto a plain jane hood? I have a good hood laying around that will end up at the scrap yard if I dont do anything with it. I thought about attempting to get a cowl and molding it to it somehow. Anybody on here done this already? Pics?

A few guys here at the track have done that on numerous cars. Just cut your desired hole to match the scoop (allow for a lip for the scoop to sit on all around), pop rivet the scoop to the hood, then hide the rivets by either glassing, or bondo....

Here's a pretty good read on an install, Click Here....
