I know hawks third gen parts make em.. but i dont think they look like that...

Don't know if that is a orignal or a remake, or homemade.
But if you do some searching some of the 3rd gen Firebirds did have a back hatch like that.
I think it was only for a year or two, so they are somewhat rare.

Well the only one similar I can find is made for a kit car, see pic.
But you can see its back lip/edge is thicker, srtaight/square and has a 3rd light built into it.
